After waiting for five months, I finally had my first consultation at Mayo Clinic for chronic pain. Based on the aggressive treatment, efficiency and quality of patient care, there is no question why Mayo has earned such a fantastic reputation. Here’s a summary of what has transpired so far: Does anyone have any information or has received neurostimulation therapy for chronic pain? My anesthesiologist is recommending this in lieu of RFs. The risks of paralysis and death would certainly interfere with their “Tame the pain” line, but if it’s a small enough risk, I am willing to explore it.
